Maui Banyan T303

Nous avons passé du bon temps au condo. Les check-in et check-out ont été très faciles. Le condo était propre à l'arrivée et rien ne manquait. La piscine est très belle, les enfants l'ont adorés. Il y a des BBQ qui sont mis à notre disposition. Le complexe est à côté de la plage ce qui est parfait et près des restaurants. Mis à part l'air conditionnée qui pourrait être centrale et plus performante, nous n'avons pas de mauvais commentaires. Malheureusement, nous avons demandé un early check-in mais cela n'a pas été possible.

We loved the location, access to pools, beaches, restaurants, and shopping!

First the bathroom in what would appear as a Master is actually in a hallway and the only way into bedroom #2. There is no privacy in this bathroom separated by a hallway. Number 3 bathroom has a pocket door which is broken and would not close. So if you are renting a 3 bedroom/ 3 bath. consider this as not a good option. There is no assigned parking and we (party of 6) had 1 car and never a place to park near the Condo. Advertised as beach & pool towels available on site. I notified the contact number (on day 1) that we had only 2 towels for beach & pool. After 4 days, 2 additional towels were left. A 3 bedroom rental should be expected to have more than 2 occupants.

This was a really nice space for 7 adults and an infant. The kitchen was updated and well equipped. It had 3 individual private balconies. Also well stocked with water toys. The only issues we had was the carpet in the living space was really stained and either needed to be cleaned or replaced and there are no elevators in the building, so getting luggage up and down to the 3rd floor was a little harder than we expected, but we managed. Overall it was a very nice property.

Although the condo was nothing fancy it was perfect for our needs. Had everything we needed and more! Everything to make a meal at home was there including the use of the BBQs (which were always immaculately clean) down by the pool area. The grounds were maintained beautifully at all times. The staff made regular sweeps of the pool area, the grounds and the different seating areas. We were close walk to the beach, the restaurants and shopping. It was perfect for our family and had a great time.
